Meadow Church · Sundays 10:30 AM

Sundays at the bend in County Road 9.

Meadow is a country church about twelve miles out of town. We meet at 10:30 on Sunday, the coffee is on from 10, and on the second Sunday of the month we stay for a potluck lunch.

Welcome home

Who comes here

Some families have been coming since the chapel was built. Others moved out from the city last spring. There are farmers, teachers, a vet, a lot of kids, and Wes, who still preaches in his work boots.

Upcoming events

Since 1952

The porch light has been on since 1952.

Meadow started as a one-room chapel that a few farming families built themselves. The building is bigger now and the hymnals are mostly on a screen, but when a storm takes out a fence or a barn roof, people still call the church first.

Second Sunday lunch

Second Sunday of the month,
we eat together.

After the service we set up tables in the hall for a potluck. Bring a dish if you like. If you forget, there’s always too much food anyway.
